    Antiquia Lost is a fantasy RPG featuring beautiful 2D turn-based battles. Become the master of the battlefield by using the characteristics of the three tribes, Fai, Ruta and Eeth.

    The half-slime heroine, Lunaria, eats gems to grow and even mimic monsters' powerful attacks. Customize the heroine as you wish to deal with strong enemies!

    My take: Antiquia Lost is very much an old school JRPG with some more modern mechanics thrown into the mix (light crafting, auto/semi battles). Those looking for a compelling story or interesting characters will be disappointed. On top of that, this game stresses micro-transactions pretty heavy-handedly. This could be due to the fact that the game is a mobile port (as far as I know?)You definitely do not need to spend any money on microtransactions, as you get a decent amount of the currency just by playing the game. Even still, I'd recommend not getting any of the shop items outside of exp/gold multipliers unless you seriously want to break the game.Speaking of breaking the game, any JRPG veteran will want to at least play on the second to last or last level of difficulty. Even on the hardest difficulty, everything outside of boss battles is essentially trivial. The game's saving grace is the combat system, which feels good enough to keep you interested despite the game's many shortcomings.Overall, Antiquia Lost might scratch an itch for those looking for a traditional JRPG to play. But unless you're starving for such a game, you may be better off waiting for it to be on sale before purchase.
